On Wednesday, Sidney Powell finally unleashed her force after suing Georgia’s top officials to have permitted a massive voter fraud scheme in the 2020 presidential race.

The prominent defense attorney filed the charges in Atlanta U.S. District Court on behalf of several electors, Georgia residents, and Republican Party officials. She named Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, Governor Brian Kemp, and state election board members as defendants.

The 104-page complaint asked the district court to release an injunction prohibiting the Secretary of State and the Governor from sending out the Electoral College’s certified election results based on the overwhelming evidence of tampering with the elections.

“The fraud was executed by any means, but the most fundamentally troubling, insidious, and egregious is the systemic adaptation of old-fashioned ‘ballot-stuffing,’” Powell alleged.

The power attorney said that the fraud has been “amplified and rendered virtually invisible by computer software” created and run by local and foreign actors.

Several witnesses came forward to file affidavits, documentation, and even experts testified to reveal Georgia’s scheme. “Mathematical and statistical anomalies” were exposed from the multiple affidavits.

“This scheme and artifice to defraud affected tens of thousands of votes in Georgia alone and ‘rigged’ the election in the state for Joe Biden,” the suit added.

Powell’s lawsuit made several allegations that include the following:

A minimum of 96,600 absentee ballots was requested and counted yet. They were never recorded to have returned to county election boards by the voters. The suit then claims that at least 96,600 votes must be disregarded.

  • Raffensperger and Kemp hastily purchased Dominion voting machines and software in the previous year for the 2020 election without due diligence and regard for safety concerns.
  • Undeniable physical evidence was found that the Dominion voting machines and software’s physical security standards were breached. The machines were also found to have an internet connection that violated professional standards, state, and federal laws.
  • Election workers in Fulton County reasoned a water leak to evacuate poll watchers and workers for long hours on Election Night. At this time, several election workers were unsupervised and unchallenged for the voting tabulation until after 1 AM.
  • Election procedures were changed by Democrat state officials, violating both state law and the US Constitution.

Powell’s lawsuit asked for mounting remedies including an injunction blocking Georgia’s certified results from being sent to the Electoral College, an audit on the signatures whether matched, the impounding of the election machines, and the securing of a copy of video surveillance tapes in polling stations where votes were counted.

Officials named in the suit have insistently denied the allegations and claimed confidence on the final tallies of votes after last week’s audit.
